Blazing Saturday

For a summer season that's duly attended by sun-conscious Manilenios, the Saturday sun blazed away students who wanted to join. Can't blame them for though the perfect tide appeared at 3:30pm, it would have been unbearable for them to learn skimboarding under the obnoxious heat.

So I strolled along the beach to entice fancy-free sunlovers to switch to Beach Hut. I found a 9-year old local boy named Raffy skimboarding alone near Jonah's. I was amused by his surfing mastery and rewarded him a Beach Hut Skimboard. He accepted it quite graciously and showed me some more tricks.

At Jonah's, no one would dare frolic under the burning sun. But just before closing time, a skimboarding fan showed interest in the school by buying a Beach Hut Sunblock first. Hunky Instructor, Aser taught the lone student, Carlos how to skim perfectly on the tide.

Lucky for Carlos, he got his Beach Hut Sunblock, his free skimboarding lesson and his Beach Hut Skimboard prize all to himself.
