The first day of Beach Hut Surf School, we were honored to have Alessi and Rafa Villanueva attend our skimboarding session. Rafa is 6 years old, and Alessi is 4... I've never seen such determination to learn skimboarding...Rafa especially, was innately athletic as she listened to Coach Jamie give her a few pointers on how to glide on water.
I don't believe I've ever or will ever see the same kind of determination and persistence that these two girls exhibited in learning skimboarding :)
