Students had cut classes last weekend from Beach Hut Surf School due to the abrupt shift of wind from amihan to habagat.
Since it's almost the middle of May already, hence we're nearing the end of the spiraling summer, we should be expecting erratic weather conditions to occur during this season's transition stage.

The cool dry air of the northeast Amihan wind is slowly shifting to the white beach, thereby experiencing high humidity and extreme heat in preparation for the prevailing winds from the southeast wind that will show Boracay Island as a wind sport paradise to Kite Surfing, Windsurfing, Paraw Sailing, Boogie Boarding, and most of all Wave Ride Skimboarding.
Last Weekend's weather condition was ideal for Wave Ride Skimboarding. Mother Nature's elevated tide with cutting waves that gather scratchy stones was naturally set-up to give Skimboarding enthusiasts a new challenge, aside from their basic long ride skimboarding technique.
But no one was up for the challenge.

Only Boracay's skimboarding king, Dagat showed us how to glide across the waves and yet he still found it difficult to taste the perfect afternoon tide. Hopefully next week, it's gonna be the perfect weather again for Beach Hut Surf School in Jonah's Fruit Shakes.
